What to send
A floor plan and the draft lease tell us more in five minutes than a phone call does in an hour. If you have neither yet, the address and the approximate area is enough to start.
We’ll come back with an indicative range for your sector and area, the things about the tenancy that would move it, and whether the use change looks like a straightforward approval or a long one.
